THE SINGULAR SANTIAGO RESTAURANT - Located inside the charming Lastarria Boutique Hotel, this restaurant is a necessary stop while staying in Santiago. The building has a refined architecture from 1927, and the interior design is very classic and elegant. The service is impeccable, the wine list is very diversified - I ordered an amazing rosè named Enredo - and the food, that is local with a french touch, will surprise you in every bite. The main dish I had was the congrio with roasted tomatoes and spinach puré, and for dessert, I had the tiramissù. Both were really good and made me feel like trying other plates from the menù. I would definetely go back! Ps.: The rooftop and the bar are also amazing!
THE SINGULAR SANTIAGO RESTAURANT - Localizado no charmoso hotel boutique Lastarria, esse restaurante é uma parada obrigatória durante a sua estadia em Santiago. A edificação tem uma arquitetura refinada de 1927 e o design de interiores é muito clássico e elegante. O serviço é impecável, a carta de vinhos é bastante diversificada - Eu pedi um rosè incrível chamado Enredo - e a gastronomia, que é local com um toque francês, vai surpreendê-lo a cada bocada. Como prato principal eu provei o congrio com tomates assados e purê de espinafre e como sobremesa, o tiramissù. Ambos estavam ótimos e me desperatam a vontade de provar outros pratos do menù. Com certeza voltaria à este lugar! Obs.: O rooftop e o bar são também incríveis!
